latest prices. You can purchase any of
these garages, barns and sheds as well as your own custom plans as a "wall kit package". Any
of the plans below can be modified. This is just a small sample of the
plans and kits that we have available. You are not limited to one of our
pre-designed kit home floor plans. We will design you a totally custom
residential, utility or commercial building to suit your needs upon
request. The
wall kit package includes:
- 3.5" Exterior Foamed 8' high 20 gauge wall panels- studs @16" on center
- Metal top and bottom installation tracks
- All required self tapping screws, connectors
and hardware to erect walls
- 1 case (12 cans) of adhesive foam sealant
- Floor plans and elevation plans @ 1/4"
scale
- Assembly plans
Not included in the wall kit package:
- Adhesive and fasteners to install bottom
metal track to your foundation or sub-floor assembly
- Freight to your jobsite and a forklift to
unload the semi-trailer
- Installation labor
- Windows or doors
- Roof system or ceilings unless requested
- Interior or exterior wall finishes

*The blueprints supplied with these kits may
need to be redrawn by your local professional to meet your local
building code requirements.
Note: Some building departments
may require you to have the building plans reviewed, and signed and
sealed by a licensed Structural Engineer. We have Engineers that we work
with on a regular basis, or we will help you find one in your area if
required.
