can purchase any of these homes as well as your own custom house plan as
a "wall kit package".
Any
of the plans below can be modified. This is just a small sample of the
plans and kits that we have available. You are not limited to one of our
pre-designed kit home floor plans. We will design you a totally custom
residential, utility or commercial building to suit your needs upon
request.
The
wall kit package includes:
3.5" Exterior Foamed 8' high 20 gauge wall panels- studs @16" on center
Metal top and bottom installation tracks
All required self tapping screws, connectors
and hardware to erect walls
1 case min. (12 cans) of adhesive foam sealant
Floor plans and elevation plans @ 1/4"

Not included in the wall kit
package (unless specified):
Adhesive and fasteners to install bottom
metal track to your foundation or sub-floor assembly
Freight to your jobsite and a forklift to
unload the semi-trailer

Note:
Some building departments
may require you to have the building plans reviewed, and signed and
sealed by a licensed Structural Engineer. We have Engineers that we work
with on a regular basis, or we will help you find one in your area if
required.
