Installation
Lewis Consulting Services, Inc. sub-contractor installation crews have several years of
experience installing our Structural Insulated Panel systems as well as many
years of experience building using more traditional construction
techniques, such as wood frame and concrete block. This experience is
often required and used on complicated projects.
How Quick Is This System?
One of our two man crews installed on a 1357
square foot house all of the following in 5 work days, from
concrete slab with metal bottom track installed and inspected:

The
exterior SIP's wall system, including all the windows and doors, as
well as all the screws, connecting hardware and metal top track.

The
interior metal stud panelized non-foamed wall system.

Set
the wood trusses, installed the hurricane straps and installed the
plywood decking and felt paper for dry-in.

This
house was totally dried-in and under lock and key in 5 work days.
We openly challenge anyone with any other type
of construction, and using only a 2 man crew, to build the same size
house in the same timeframe. It simply can not be done with any other
type of construction. We build cheaper, stronger, faster and with less
waste.
Our crews are willing to travel anywhere, world-wide to install and or supervise the installation of our
panels on your jobsite.
If you would like us to do an installation
within a foreign country, please allow enough time in your scheduling to
allow us to obtain any required paperwork to enter that country.

Self Installation
You may choose to install your own wall panels.
This system is easy to install using only two workers. One needs to be
able to read the plans and only have a minimal building knowledge and
the other can be just a laborer. One man can even install this system if
he is capable of lifting a 70 pound panel.
We will supply you with an installation manual
and an installation panel layout plan. All the panels are labeled and
numbered on the lower right-hand interior corner of the panel.
If you choose to "self install" our
team is available to you via telephone or email to answer any questions
that you may have during the installation process.
